- Intentional acts
- Assumed liability except from an insured contract
- Pollution – any solid, liquid, gaseous or thermal irritant or contaminant, including smoke, vapor, soot, fumes, acids, alkalis, chemicals and waste. Waste includes materials to be recycled, reconditioned or reclaimed
- Automobiles, aircraft or watercraft
- Property damage to:
- your premises;
- property you sell, give away or abandon;
- property loaned to you;
- personal property in your care, custody or control;
- that part of real property on which you or any contractor or subcontractor working directly or indirectly on your behalf is performing operations;
- that particular part of any property that must be restored, repaired or replaced because your work was incorrectly performed on it
- Property damage to your work arising out of that work
- Property damage to impaired property or property that has not been physically injured
