  1. Intentional acts
  2. Assumed liability except from an insured contract
  3. Pollution – any solid, liquid, gaseous or thermal irritant or contaminant, including smoke, vapor, soot, fumes, acids, alkalis, chemicals and waste. Waste includes materials to be recycled, reconditioned or reclaimed
  4. Automobiles, aircraft or watercraft
  5. Property damage to:
    1. your premises;
    2. property you sell, give away or abandon;
    3. property loaned to you;
    4. personal property in your care, custody or control;
    5. that part of real property on which you or any contractor or subcontractor working directly or indirectly on your behalf is performing operations;
    6. that particular part of any property that must be restored, repaired or replaced because your work was incorrectly performed on it
  6. Property damage to your work arising out of that work
  7. Property damage to impaired property or property that has not been physically injured
