  1. As trusted advisors, we meet with every client with the purpose of gathering an in-depth understanding of your business and needs, and we collect all of the necessary information to begin the bond and/or insurance application process. This includes reviewing specifications/contracts, and advising of any changes necessary in the indemnification language and insurance requirements. A business risk analysis is performed, so we make sure to cover all the issues that may arise.
  2. After gathering and analyzing client and underwriting information, your CTL Team then prepares a professional account submission to the markets (companies that provide underwriting of bonds and insurance), and if necessary, approach markets on your behalf for competitive quotes to meet special insurance requirements on bids. We are your representatives to the markets, so it’s important for us to know as much about your company and projects as possible.
  3. So you have the best opportunity to access the most competitive products possible, your CTL Team will prepare you for any required meetings with market underwriters, foster a partnership relationship between all parties involved, and continue to act as the liaison between you and the markets.
  4. We remain available throughout the project to assist with any issues or needs that may arise, and we are available to you on future projects as your business partner for bonding and insurance.
