Steve Cory

CIC, CRM – President and co-owner of agency. Over 35 years of agency experience following four years as a bond underwriter with Travelers. Past President of the New Orleans Chapter of ABC and actively involved in AGC, NASBP, CFMA and other construction related organizations. Past President of National Association of Surety Bond Producers for 2006-2007.


Pam Tucker

CIC, CRM – Secretary/Treasurer and co-owner of agency. Bond underwriter with over 35 years of agency experience dealing exclusively with contractors. Oversees daily operations of the agency and is actively involved in Surety Association of LA, ABC, AGC and other construction-related organizations. Past President of the Southeast Louisiana Chapter of CFMA for 2006-2007.


Melanie Stern

Surety underwriter with over 21 years of agency experience and 20 years of company experience as assistant manager with Fidelity & Deposit Company in New Orleans. Currently the President of the Southeast Louisiana Chapter of CFMA and an active member of ABC.


Michael Seaman

CPCU, CPA – Surety underwriter enhancing customer relationships and marketing. Joined the agency in 2013 after five years as a bond underwriter with Zurich. Past President of the Surety Association of Louisiana and actively involved in other industry associations.


Claire Buckley

Joined the agency in 2009 assisting with the daily servicing of bond accounts including the responsibility of the bond issuance process and maintenance of bond forms and client reports.


Howard Crosby

Serves as an in-house consultant for ongoing insurance operations where his 50+ years of agency and insurance carrier experience enhances our overall customer servicing capacity and capability. Former President and CEO of a large, local insurance agency specializing in insurance and bonds for the construction, industrial and marine industries.


Rodnelle Hadley

CIC – Joined the agency in 2007 as an insurance account executive producing and enhancing customer relationships and marketing. An active member of ABC currently serving on the organization’s Board of Directors and a member of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors.


Jason Cory

CPCU – Insurance account executive. Joined the agency in 2012 as an insurance account assistant after completing his finance degree with a concentration in insurance and risk management. Before joining the agency, he worked with a regional insurance carrier learning the operations of the various departments.


Laurie Barber

CIC, CISR – Joined the agency in 1992 as an insurance account manager following 10 years with the ABC New Orleans Bayou Chapter. Manages the daily servicing of insurance accounts with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and seamless integration with accounting and risk management departments.


Maggie Castell

CISR – Joined the agency in 2010 as an insurance account manager. She is responsible for the prompt and professional handling of the daily needs of our insurance clients including the management of insurance claims filed by our insureds.


Mary Beth Broussard

Joined the agency in 2015 as a customer service representative for our insurance clients. She manages the daily servicing of insurance accounts and assists with marketing of new and renewal accounts.


Gerald Comboy

Joined the agency in 2013 as the claims service representative serving as a liaison between the contractor and the insurance carriers in reporting and monitoring claims. Over 38 years of claims experience including 32 years with The Travelers in adjusting, supervisory and management roles.


Preston Ritchie

CPA – Joined the agency in 2014 as the CFO with over 13 years of public accounting and industry experience. He is responsible for management of the agency’s financial operations and information technology.


Lydia Haydel

Joined the agency in 2011 as an accounting assistant responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable. She brings over 15 years of agency accounting experience and 14 years of construction accounting experience.


Erika Guiberteau

Joined the agency in 2016 as the Metairie office receptionist and administrative assistant.

Bert Guiberteau, Jr.

Over 30 years of experience in the surety business with four years as Surety Manager of Continental’s Birmingham office. Actively involved in AGC, ABC, CSI and CFMA. Past President of South Central Louisiana Chapter of CFMA for 2006-2007. Currently serving on the Executive Committee of CFMA.


Neal Cockrell

Over 10 years of experience with the agency handling the administrative needs of the Baton Rouge office. She consistently demonstrates a willingness to unselfishly assist both clients and associates on a daily basis.
