Additional Insured
An endorsement that covers the person or organization specifically named on the schedule for liability arising out of a contractor's operations performed for that person or organization.

Waiver of Subrogation
An endorsement stating the insurer waives their policy right to subrogate against the person or organization named in the schedule, even if that person or organization is responsible for the loss.
