EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES LIABILITY (EPL)

This is a broad category but generally applies to discrimination of any kind (age, race, sex, etc.), sexual harassment, and wrongful termination. A claim can be filed by any employee at any time for any real or perceived employment practice. Most EPL claims result in lawsuits and the cost of defense alone can be extraordinary.
